Biarritz in the Basque country is known as one of the most beautiful and grand French coastal towns as well as being famous for surfing. It's a very popular tourist destination so booking in advance to surf in Biarritz is essential.
Hossegor is the epicenter of the European surfing industry. But don't worry, we'll coach you away from the crowds in a safer and more relaxed location.
An hour or so north of Hossegor you'll find the seaside resort holiday town of Mimizan Plage. Surfing-wise Mimizan is very similar to Hossegor but it's way less crowded.
Biscarrosse-Plage is a small laid back beach town that is only a 90min drive from Bordeaux, so it gets busy here during holidays and over weekends. But with miles of beach to choose from - you can trust us to coach you away from the madness.
